Each plant is carefully selected and packed with love. As living things, they are naturally unique — small variations in size, shape, or color are part of their charm.


📦 Returns

Due to the delicate and perishable nature of plants, we do not accept returns.

⚠️ Damaged or Unhappy Plants

If your plant arrives in poor condition, we’re here to help 🤍

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include:

  • clear photos or videos of the plant
  • photos of the packaging
  • your order number

We’ll review your case and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.


🚚 Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or missed deliveries.

However, if something goes wrong during transit, please reach out — we’ll always do our best to support you.


🌿 After Delivery

Once your plant has been delivered, its care is your responsibility.

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • improper care
  • unsuitable environment (light, humidity, temperature)
  • damage after delivery

💳 Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • it will be issued to your original payment method
  • processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
