Each plant is carefully selected, prepared, and packed by hand to make sure it reaches you happy and healthy. We take our time with this step — your plants are gently watered, secured, and wrapped with care.
Orders are usually processed within 3–7 business days.
📦 Shipping Schedule
We typically ship on Mondays to avoid plants being held in transit over the weekend. This helps reduce stress and keeps your plants in the best possible condition during their journey.
🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We ship from Portugal using trusted carriers such as CTT, CTT Expresso, and UPS, choosing the fastest and safest option available.
Estimated delivery times:
- Portugal: 1–3 business days
- Europe: 2–7 business days
Please note that delivery times can vary depending on location, weather, and courier conditions.

Plants are sensitive little beings 🌱
If temperatures are too extreme, we may delay shipping to keep them safe. If that happens, we’ll always keep you updated.
Seasonal heat packs or cold protection may be added when needed.
📍 Tracking & Receiving Your Plants
Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
We recommend being available to receive your package — plants shouldn’t be left waiting in mailboxes or lockers for too long.

We do our best to make sure your plants arrive in beautiful condition, but if something goes wrong, we’re here for you.
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the plant and packaging, and we’ll do our best to make it right with a replacement or refund.
