Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or external factors. However, we will always do our best to support you if any issues arise.
🌿 Plant Care & Responsibility
Plants are living organisms and require proper care after delivery. We are not responsible for issues that arise due to improper care, environment, or handling after the plant has been received.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
Due to the delicate and perishable nature of plants, we generally do not accept returns.
If your order arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo or video proof. We will review each case and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
